How much flow can they actually hold?
About a tampon's worth — comfortable to wear solo on lighter to moderate days, or as a backup layer on your heaviest days when you're already using a tampon or cup.
Will they leak through to my clothes?
Not on normal-flow days. The leak-resistant lining sits between the absorbent layer and the outer fabric, so liquid stays where it belongs. On very heavy days, treat them as backup rather than your only protection.
Will they look bulky or show under tight clothes?
