How do I pick my size?
M fits 110–155 lb (50–70 kg) and L fits 155–220 lb (70–100 kg). If you're between sizes or close to the upper end of a range, go one size up — the fabric is designed with targeted compression, so sizing up gives the most comfortable smoothing fit.
Will the waistband roll down or slide off?
No. The wide high-rise waistband is built to stay flat through movement and long periods of sitting. No rolling, no slipping, no readjusting in the bathroom.
Will it show under tight clothing?
