CrackVault™ — Fill, Seal & Waterproof Concrete Cracks In Under 10 Minutes

The Crack You Keep Patching Isn't Going Away — Because You Keep Sealing It Wrong.
Your driveway, patio, and basement walls move every single day. Summer heat expands the concrete. Winter cold shrinks it. The foundation settles a fraction of a millimeter. The soil shifts after a heavy rain. Every time the concrete moves, the rigid caulk you packed in there last spring snaps in half — and the crack opens right back up.
CrackVault™ is the flexible polymer sealant that stretches with your concrete instead of breaking against it. Squeeze it in, let it cure overnight, and the crack stays sealed through every freeze-thaw cycle, every summer scorch, and every rainstorm. One pouch. Every crack. Done in a Saturday.
Why It Holds When Other Sealants Crack
✔ Stretches like rubber, sets like stone — flexes with the concrete so the seal doesn't snap when temperatures swing
✔ Bonds to concrete, brick, stone, mortar, asphalt, and tile — one pouch handles every surface around the property
✔ Self-levels into the crack — no troweling, no smoothing, no "professional finish" guesswork
✔ Touch-dry in 6–12 hours, fully cured in 24 — fill it Saturday morning, walk on it Sunday
✔ UV-stable in White, Grey, or Black — pick the closest match and the repair disappears into the slab
✔ Holds in heat and cold — doesn't get tacky in summer or brittle in winter
How It Actually Works
Most "concrete sealants" sit on the surface, harden into a rigid plug, and crack the second the slab shifts. CrackVault™ uses a flexible polymer that flows deep into the crack, bonds to the rough interior, then cures into a rubberized seal that moves with the surrounding material. When the concrete expands or contracts, the seal flexes with it. When water hits it, the water beads and rolls off.
"Filled the seam along the garage in July. We had three freeze-thaw cycles in November and it's still flat, smooth, and dry. Basement smells like a basement again, not wet cement." — Mark T.
Three Steps. About 10 Minutes Per Crack.
1. Brush out loose debris and dirt from inside the crack.
2. Trim the conical nozzle to match the crack width, then squeeze the pouch from the bottom. The sealant flows in and self-levels.
3. Walk away. Come back in 24 hours. The crack is gone.
Built For The Spots That Always Fail First
Driveway seams. Sidewalk joints. Garage floor cracks. Pool deck splits. Patio gaps. Basement wall fissures. Foundation seams. Roof tile joints. Brick mortar lines. The conical nozzle trims to fit anything from a hairline to a finger-wide gap — and the formula bonds to whichever masonry surface your house decides to crack next.

Questions People Ask Before Their First Pouch
Will it hold through winter?
Yes. Cracks usually reopen because rigid caulks shatter when concrete contracts in cold weather. CrackVault™ stretches instead of snapping — that's the whole point.
Will it bond to old, weathered concrete?
Yes, as long as the crack is dry and loose debris is brushed out. No primer needed.
Can I drive on it after curing?
After the full 24-hour cure, yes.
How wide a crack can it fill?
Hairline up to roughly finger-width. For wider gaps, fill in two passes — let the first pass cure for 24 hours, then top up.
What if I don't use the whole pouch?
Reseal the cap. The pouch keeps unused sealant fresh for the next repair.
Will it work on vertical surfaces?
Yes — the viscosity holds it in place on basement walls and brick joints without dripping.
If The First Crack Reopens, Email Us.
Try CrackVault™ on the worst crack on your property. If it reopens within 90 days, we'll send a replacement pouch or refund the order — your call. We'd rather replace one pouch than have you fight the same crack twice.
