Will HerbLuxe™ burn my scalp like box dye does?
There's no peroxide and no ammonia in the formula, so there's nothing in there that burns. We still recommend a small patch test behind the ear 24 hours before the first full application — every scalp reacts a bit differently.
How long does the color actually last?
Color holds through roughly 8–12 washes — about 3–4 weeks for most users before a top-up wash is needed. Grays usually fade first at the temples and hairline, where a single 15-minute wash-in refreshes them.
Will it stain my towels, shower tiles, or skin?
Rinse fully until the water runs clear (usually 2–3 minutes) and anything on tiles or skin wipes off easily. We recommend a dark towel for the first dry-off, just in case.
